Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has fixed the review petition of former president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari in National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) decision implementation case.
A three-member bench of SC headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar will take up the case for hearing today (Tuesday).
It merits a mention here that SC had sought assets details of former president in NRO case while he has challenged the interim orders of SC in NRO implementation case.
Petitioner took the plea that under section 121 of the constitution, income tax details of only five years can be sought.
