Rawalpindi: Municipal Corporation has decided to install state of the art security system in play land affiliated with Nawaz Sharif Public Park.
As per media reports, Municipal Corporation has decided to install latest electronic swings and security system based on CCTV cameras in play land. The 5 years contract of play land on monthly bases rent will be awarded through open auction.
However after every 3 months, repairing of swings and certificate of safety insurance has to be given to Municipal Corporation for contract. For this the permission of establishing a latest workshop in play land has been given.
All new electronic amusement swings will be installed on the place of already installed swings in play land.
Mayor Sardar Naseem has directed to upgrade play land and to ensure the availability of better facilities for fun here.
For the monthly rent of park land, the reserve price of open auction has been set at 903496 rupees on which the earlier contract was awarded instead of monthly rent the contractor has to pay 1 million rupees as guarantee.
