ISLAMABAD: PTI chairman Imran Khan has expressed annoyance over providing him Prime Minister (PM) protocol from Banni Gala to local hotel and has directed the concerned authorities to withdraw this protocol.
According to media reports the administration provided Imran Khan PM protocol when he reached from Banni Gala to hotel to attend parliamentary party meeting Monday. Imran expressed annoyance over it as the protocol given by administration caused extreme inconvenience to citizens.
As soon as Imran reached hotel, he informed Naeem Ul Haq about it that police vehicles be sent back immediately.
Naeem ul Haq while informing the administration about it said Imran is not pleased over additional protocol , therefore, he does not need any protocol.
He said we had sought 4 vehicles but PM protocol was extended to Imran Khan. The vehicles of different agencies, Rangers and police were included in his protocol but we stopped Rangers and FC vehicles.
