Multan: Terming Kashmir issue as a matter of life and death for Pakistan Ameer Jamaat ud Dawa (JuD) Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has said Kashmir issue was important for Pakistan in terms of defense.
“Kashmir is the issue of life and death for us. India is constructing dams in Kashmir by violating Indus water treaty. Pakistan remained silent over this issue”, Saeed said adding that India was making 2 more dams at Laddakh.
He emphasized the need to resolve water issue. “Water issue is important like CPEC. We must not ignore this issue. India is moving forward and we are totally neglecting it”, he said while addressing media men here on Monday. “America has given freehand to India in the region. India and Israel have signed agreement against Pakistan, including surgical strike. It is the complicated situation. We should give awareness to nation about it.”, Saeed said. He pointed out that western border is more danger for us. Pakistani nation should be united in the situation.
