WASHINGTON: Pakistan and World Bank have started talks in Washington on India’s Kishanganga hydropower project on River Neelum in Occupied Kashmir.
The Pakistani delegation at the talks is led by Attorney General Ashtar Ausaf.
Pakistan is demanding of the world to set up a court of arbitration to settle the dispute.
