    IHC summons IG Islamabad on May 21

    Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned Inspector General (IG) Islamabad on May 21 in the matter of kidnapping incident of alleged accuse of former federal minister for minorities Shahbaz Bhatti and Ch. Zulfiqar murder cases.
    On Monday a single bench of IHC judge consist of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has heard a petition filed by the mother of accuse. Khawar Ameer Bukhari advocate appeared before the court from petitioner side.
    During the hearing judge remarked that could police hold investigation against secret departments. On this Khawar Ameer Bukhari replied that the alleged accuse of Shahbaz Bhatti and Ch. Zulfiqar murder cases had been kidnapped from Capital sector 1-9 in 2015.
    Furthermore, during the hearing SHO police station 1-9 has also appeared before the court. Court remarked that a low rank office nothing do in this case.
    Later the court summoned IG Islamabad and adjourned the hearing till May 21. It was worth mentioned here that former federal Minister for Minorities, Shahbaz Bhatti was assassinated in a firing incident in Islamabad on 2nd March 2011 while he was coming out of his house in sector I-8.
