LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has been moved for placement of Pervez Musharraf NAME in Exit Control List ( ECL) on his return to Pakistan. .
The petitioner Rana Ilam ud Din Ghazi has taken the plea in his petition that a petition is pending hearing in high court seeking registration of high treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf. A full bench was also constituted for this purpose.
The petitioner said in the petition that as per information Pervez Musharraf is returning to Pakistan. Therefore, his name be placed in ECL keeping in view the cases against him so that he could not leave the country till the completion of hearing of cases and their decision.
