LAHORE:The Civil Court Lahore has barred Managing Director Punjab Journalist Housing Foundation (PJHF), Lahore Press Club and Administrator PJHF from any proceedings in balloting plots to the F-Block of the journalists colony.
In an order issued by the Civil Judge M Tariq Khan, the court had summoned the defendants on March 10 for their response but no one appeared.
The court has issued these orders on the petition of Slahuddin Aulkh, an affectee of the F-Block of journalists colony.Petitioner had mentioned that the list of F-Block submitted by the Lahore press club administration contained fake members .Lahore press club also excluded the real members of F -Block and included the fake members in list provided to the PJHF.Plaintif prayed to the court to be declared and entitled to get allotment farm of F-Block .He further prayed to cancel the anti dated list provided by the Lahore press club to PJHF and restore the original list of F-Block members which was issued by the secretary lahore press club on 26-12-2007.
