ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court (AC) has fixed for hearing two supplementary references filed by NAB against the former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif.
Nawaz Sharif was declared accused directly in supplementary references of Al-Azizia steel mills and Flagship investment filed by NAB in accountability court Islamabad.
The court has rejected the objections raised over these supplementary references and made them part of interim references. The hearing of these two references will take place on February 22.
Khawaja Haris counsel for Nawaz Sharif will give arguments and objections will also be heard on the same day.
NAB has declared Nawaz Sharif directly accused in these supplementary references.
Hearing of Avenfield properties reference will also take place on February 22 as well. NAB Prosecution team head Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi has reached London and in his presence statements of two foreign witnesses will be recorded through video link.
