Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) Additional Secretary (Technical), Livestock & Dairy Development Punjab, Dr. Iqbal Shahid, presiding a review meeting regarding development projects of Rawalpindi Division has said that government is committed to extend all possible assistance for promotion of livestock sector in the province and millions of rupees were being spent on provision of animals on subsidized rates to deserving persons.
Director Livestock & Dairy Development Rawalpindi Dr. Ghilam Hussain Bhutta, Additional Director Dr. Muhammad Laeeq, Deputy Directors Kamal Nasir, Zafar Iqbal Shah and other officers attended meeting. The progress of various projects was discussed in detail and concerned officers briefed about the progress of development schemes pertaining to their areas. Dr. Ghulam Hussain Bhutta said that officers were being made to upgrade standard of services in Livestock & Dairy sector. He said that a large number of people had been benefited out of development schemes.
