Speakers’ Conference to help forge stronger regional connectivity: Iran

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Iran have agreed to enhance cooperation in diverse sectors.

The understanding was reached at a meeting between Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and his Iranian counterpart Dr. Ali Larijani in Islamabad on Monday.

Ayaz Sadiq said that Pak-Iran close relations are vital for peace, security and prosperity of the region.

He said unity among the Muslim countries is imperative to address the challenges being faced by the Muslim Ummah. Dr. Ali Larijani said that 1st Speakers’ Conference will go a long way in strengthening connectivity among the member countries to address the challenges of terrorism.
