ISLAMABAD: Opposition Leader Khurshid Shah has strongly condemned act of recognizing Jerusalem (Al-Quds) as capital of Israel terming it a disastrous step by US.
In a statement issued here Friday he said that effective strategy will have to be adopted against US president Trump anti Islam move.
He went on to say that US gave the message to the world that it believes to run the world by dint of force. US violated UN resolutions and UN could not implement its resolutions on Kashmir and Palestine.
He underlined that UN was playing the role of Might is right. If UN continues to play such role then it is of no use for Muslim countries to remain associated with it. Trump policies have led to create tension in Muslim world and now the Muslim world will have to get united on one platform, he urged.
