Islamabad: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah has said that government should take Senate into confidence on the constitutional amendment pertaining to delimitation of constituencies.
While talking to media men after parliamentary leaders meeting on Wednesday Khursheed Shah said government should take Senate into confidence for constitutional amendment in constituencies’ delimitation.
He said this amendment would not give any benefit or loss; however this step is necessary therefore all parties supported it unanimously and now by-elections would also take place under delimitation of constituencies.
He said our reservations on population census is separate issue.
