Brussels: The Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Mohammad Farooq Haider Khan has said that we came on this forum of Europe to highlight Kashmir issue.
He said that people of occupied Kashmir are human beings and they also have the right to dream for their future, we are struggling for our basic fundamental right.
Prime Minister Azad Kashmir has demanded the European Union to send its Fact Finding Mission to the occupied Kashmir, the first mission of Parliament was to occupied Kashmir in 2004, today it is 2017, and the situation in occupied Kashmir has become worse and more serious than ever.
He also invited them to visit Azad Kashmir and to visit on the other side of Line of Control and witness that what kind of brutalities are done in occupied Kashmir.
Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan made these assertions in his meeting with United Nations Human Rights Special Representative for Europe Brigitvan Hout.
Minister Azad Kashmir apprised special representative of the UN’s human rights Hout Brigitvan about serious violations of human rights in occupied Kashmir.
The Prime Minister said that the United Nations should send their Observer group, along with European Observer group, to occupied Kashmir and examine the human rights violations.
He said that the Indian occupied army is using deadly weapons against innocent Kashmiris, many youngsters have been blinded by the pellet guns.
He said, “India has started genocide of Muslims in occupied Kashmir and even innocent children in the valley are not safe from Indian aggression.” He said that the UN should take serious notice on serious human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and stop India from genocide of Kashmiri people.
Prime Minister said that UN resolutions and the global human manifestation has allowed deprived nations to struggle for their rights; India wants to suppress Kashmir’s mass struggle using bullets, pellets and deadly weapons.
Prime Minister told the United Nations Special Representative for Human Rights that Indian army is brutally targeting civilians in the occupied valley as well as line of control. Indian army has been killing children, old men, women and animals, many innocent civilians were martyred by firing.
The UN Human Rights Special Representative Brigitvan Hout assured Prime Minister Azad Kashmir that he would convey his reports to the United Nations. Senior Minister Chaudhry Tariq Farooq, Overseas MLA Raja Javed qbal and overseas leaders were also present in the meeting.
