Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted the miscellaneous application filed against ousted premier Nawaz Sharif and adjourned the case by Oct 1st.

A single bench of IHC headed by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani has conducted the hearing of the case.

During the course of the hearing, Mokhdoom Niaz Inqalabi adopted that ousted premier has defamed the judiciary in his speeches during public rally which is punishable act. He requested the court to issue orders against Chairman PEMRA over his criminal silence and negligence. After hearing the arguments, the court has adjourned the hearing.
