SRINAGAR: In Occupied Kashmir, people staged forceful demonstrations at Hajin in Bandipora district on forcing the Indian troops to call-off a cordon and search operation in the area.
People took to the streets as soon as Indian troops and police personnel launched a siege and search operation in Khos Mohalla and Wahab Parrey Mohalla localities of Hajin.
They raised high-pitched anti-India and pro-freedom slogans.
Meanwhile, the Chairman All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani has said the Kashmiris are pursuing a rightful mission of freedom and their liberation movement is based on principles.
