ISLAMABAD: (Parliament Times) Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued final show cause notices for removal from service to its 55 officers who have failed to file their degrees for verification.
According to media reports most of the officers who have been served show cause notice are from engineer cadres. CDA management is engaged in the task of verification of the degrees of its employees since the last two years.
The process for verification of degrees was launched following the issuance of directives from cabinet secretariat.
The CDA administration had suspended payment of salaries to these 55 officers 3 months back.
