Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) To mark Independence Day celebrations, a stage play “Hub ul Watani†was staged under auspices of Rawalpindi Arts Council. The play was written by Nasir Sheikh and directed by Javed Shah.
It was drama team from Attock who was invited for staging play RAC auditorium to provide plateform to the artists of far flung areas. The caste of the play was Nasir Sheikh, Javed Shah, Tofeeq Shah, Ghulam Rasool, Farrukh Khan, Yasir Saleem, Abid Mehmood, Zulfiqar, Altaf Awan, Tariq Kabir, Mehwish Khan and Zamin Ali. Social worker Haji Gulzar Awan flanked by Naheed Manzoor and Waqar Ahmed Resident Director RAC was guest of honor of the event.
