Muzaffarabad: Prime Minister of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) Raja Farooq Haider Khan said that 21st July 2016 was a remarkable day in the history of AJK, the decision taken by the people of the state to elect their leadership with vote will never lead them to any disappointment.
While addressing to different delegation at Haider House here on Saturday, PM AJK said,” PML-N workers sacrificed for merit, need based employments, & to make AJK a prosperous Islamic State, all discretion ranks are fedility of workers, our mission is to accomplish Kashmir freedom of movement with public support.”Premier of AJK also appreciated the effort and support of cabinet members, “My cabinet and MLAs worked with me as a team, without them many goals couldnt be achieved”,he added.
Raja Farooq Haider said that in past tenures of AJK governments, despite of betterment of public, elites and specific persons were being fecilitated. Ineptness and favouritism was promoted instead providing opportunities to educated youth of the state due to which unemployment increased and educated youngsters became despondent.
Prime Minister said, ” this credit goes to PMLN government that we introduced equal employment opportunity and formulated Public Service Commission on merit.” Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said good governance has been ensured in Azad Kashmir during one year while elections in 2016 were the most transparent elections of AJK’s history.PML-N AJK President and Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan said Azad Kashmir will keep on making progress under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.He said people of Azad Kashmir had rejected negative politics by giving thumping majority to PML-N in Legislative Assembly elections.
He announced there will be a network of roads, highways, motor ways, and hospitals in Azad Kashmir as development budget of AJK has been doubled this year.Turning to Kashmiris struggle in Occupied Kashmir, Farooq Haider said the independence struggle cannot be suppressed by using brute force.He said a day will come when Kashmir will acceede to Pakistan.
He said Pakistan will not abandon Kashmiris struggle to right to self-determination.
He reiterated his resolve to serve people of AJK by providing them all available services at their doorstep.
