Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) Decision has been taken to construct a modern mixed use real estate complex in six and half acre land .
According to media reports, complex will b e comprising three basement parking, mega shopping mall, five stars hotel, digital library, food courts, gaming area, and arcades. These will be constructed on the sites encompassing Cantonment board Rawalpindi office, Shah Balut Park, Cantonment Public Library, Odeon Cinema , cantonment store area and residential area.
All the expenses to be incurred on this mega project will be shared with private parties through joint venture on the basis of build operate and transfer.
Executive officer cantonment board has invited offers for this project.
