QUETTA: (Parliament Times) Balochistan Government is implementing several water supply schemes in remote areas of the province at a cost of one thousand million rupees.

An official of the provincial Public Health Engineering Department told our correspondent that a scheme for supplying clean drinking water to people in Kachhi District will be completed at a cost of over 1773 million rupees.

He said a project for construction of ten small dams in various areas of province is underway at a cost of over 493 million rupees.
