RAWALPINDI: (Parliament Times) District Education Registration Authority (DERA) has accorded approval to open 53 new private schools besides deciding to launch crackdown against the non registered private educational institutions in district Rawalpindi.
The approval was given in a meeting of DERA held here under chief executive officer Qazi Zahoor ul Haq.
It was also decided in the meeting that the institutions which have not been registered be registered after imposing minor penalty on them.
Operation will be launched against non registered institutions and they will be sealed.
