Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) A job fair to be held in Islamabad on April 13 for disabled persons by the Department of LCDDP (Livelihood Centre for Disability & Development Program Pakistan) with the objective to provide job opportunities to the disabled persons according to their abilities and educational qualifications. The job fair will run from 1pm to 5pm. Executive Director LCDDP (Livelihood Centre for Disability & Development Program Pakistan) Imran Nazeer said that around 25 employers including major Government, Semi-Government and private organizations will participate in the job fair and stalls will be established by these organization in order to offer jobs to the persons with disabilities. The aim behind this job fair is to provide a platform to disabled persons so that they can submit their educational certificates to the related departments and organization. He further said that to avail this job opportunity, the disabled persons have to submit their CV’s and get themselves registered with the companies according to their qualifications. On this occasion, Executive Director LCDDP Imran Nazeer appealed to the companies to collaborate and support their stance in order to make their future secure and bright and give them a chance to explore various career options.
