Mirpur: (Parliament Times) The students of the Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur win the competition in ‘Techfest and Renaissance’ organized by the Society of Mechanical Engineers of Pakistan at the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIK), Sowabi. The students Mr. Kamran Khan, Department of Mathematics, Mr. Ansar Ali, Mr. Sheryar Malik, Adnan Choudhary, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Ms. Farah Riaz, Momina Islam, Department of Computer Systems Engineering and Mr. WaqasJarral, Ather Ali, Raja Hamza, Iqra Ali, Department of CS&IT. The students win Techfest’17, Renaissance’17, the Best Ambassador Techfest’17 and Renaissance’17 shields. The students also win Infovotex WMD’s and Ballistic Missiles Technology Renaissance ’17 organized by the SMEP, GIK Chapter at the GIPI during the 27th – 29th January, 2017.
Certificates were also presented to the winning students. The Vice Chancellor congratulated the students for winning competition at the national level and bringing laurels for the University. The University will continue providing facilities to the talented students to enable them develop at international standards. The University will facilitate participation of its students in competitions at national level, so that they may bring respect for them and to the University. He assures the students of his full support to their future endeavors.
