Bagh, (Parliament Times): Deputy Commissioner Mudassar Farooq and SP Khurram Iqbal have said that the FC is deployed only for security at the Hydra powers. The intelligent people of Bagh should not listen to misleading rumors. Police are responsible for the peace of Bagh.
Road closure is a common man’s loss of property, which is not justified in any case. The people of Bagh should cooperate with the administration. They expressed these views while giving a briefing to the journalists.
On this occasion, apart from the Additional Deputy Commissioner, other district officers, and the President of Press Club Akmal Arif, General Secretary Faryad Kazmi, the official members of the Press Club, and other journalists were also present.
They said that serious discussions are going on with the Action Committee. The committee is doing its work at the government level. Bagh is a peaceful district where the people are conscious.
They further added that the police are the protectors of the lives and property of the people and will fulfill their responsibility in any case.
