Islamabad:(Parliament Times) APHC-AJK chapter leaders along with politicians from Pakistan and Azad Kashmir held demonstrations in different cities of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people in connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day.
The leaders including Abdul Majeed Malik, Manzoorul Haq Butt, Dawood Khan Yousufzai, Pervez Ahmad, Shameema Shawl, Mishaal Malik, Abdul Hameed Lone, Mian Muzaffar Ahmad, Abdul Majeed Mir, Khadim Hussain, Altaf Hussain Wani, Mushtaq Mehmood, Muhammad Shafi Dar, Mushtaq-ul-Islam along ministers and leaders participated in demonstrations held in Karachi, Peshawar, Islamabad, Quetta, Lahore and Muzaffarabad.
The leaders addressing the rallies demanded implementation of the UN resolutions on Kashmir. They deplored the silence of the world community over serious human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.
