Islamabad: Hundreds and thousands of students have been deprived of taking admissions in the federal government colleges operating under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) due to inconvenient time besides allowing far less time to students for forms submission.

However, due to weekend on Sep 8 and 9, students had given only one day time of Sep 10 for submission of their admission forms.
Almost 1,000 students were those who had been deprived of taking admissions in federal colleges due to negligence and reference system in the capital colleges while 100 are such who couldn’t even attain their admission forms however, those who luckily succeeded in attaining their admission forms could not get admission on merit.
Students said that FDE intentionally chose such days for admission due to which they were deprived of taking admissions in the colleges.
Students further said that Principals of colleges refused to meet with them while those who had references easily got admissions.
They demanded Prime Minister Imran khan and federal minister for education Shafqat Mehmood to take notice of admissions matter besides taking action against the administration of colleges.
