Islamabad: Sheikh Amir Waheed, President, Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry strongly condemned the suicide attack at Mastung, Balochistan that killed 128 people including prominent political leader Siraj Raisani and injured several people.
He expressed condolence with the bereaved families and called upon the Government to take urgent measures to eliminate terrorism from the country as these incidents would badly effect trade and investment activities and cause huge economic loss to the country.
Sheikh Amir Waheedsaid that Pakistan Armyand all other stakeholdershad worked hard to eliminate the terrorism from the country, but in recent acts of terrorism including the suicide attack in Peshawarin which 22 people were killed including Awami National Party (ANP) leader Haroon Bilourand terrorist attack in Bannuin which 4 people were killed reflected that the terrorism was raising its head again in the country.
