Sargodha: The case of killing as many as 20 persons in the shrine of Muhammad Ali Gujar in a village in west Hyderabad has entered in an important phase.
Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) Sargodha has started to conduct the hearing of this case on day to day basis.
Court has adjourned the hearing till 17th April and summoned the eye witnesses of this case here on Tuesday.
The judge of anti-terrorism court Sargodha took up the case of killing 20 persons in shrine of Muhammad Ali Gujar for hearing.
The evidences of the eye-witnesses were not recorded due to the absence of counsels.
The court has summoned the witnesses while adjourning the hearing of this case till today.
The accused, fake peer Abdul Hameed and his associates were shifted to District jail Sargodha under strict security measures and they were presented before the court.
The accused and co-accused were indicted earlier.
