Lahore: Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri on Sunday held telephonic contact with former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and sought immediate help in order to counter no-confidence motion against him.
During the conversation Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has given all detail of opposition parties’ no-confidence motion against the government and also briefed him regarding the latest situation of Balochistan province.
Sources said that Nawaz Sanaullah Zehri has expressed grievance over the PML-N members who left him and he told the names of that members to Nawaz Sharif.
On this Nawaz Sharif said that he would oppose the all illegal acts and added that hidden elements were pressurizing our members and seeking resignations from them.
Under the Constitution, a no-confidence motion is to be tabled in the House within seven days. Political observers in the provincial capital have been speaking of differences in the provincial government for quite some time as several provincial lawmakers are not happy with the way of working of Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri.
