Mirpur:The chief justice AJK High Court and Shariat Court, Justice M Tabassum Aftab Alvi paid a surprise visit to Bhimber District court here on Saturday. The honorable judge during his visit to districts took strong exception to the lack of discipline among the employees and directed the subordinate judges and staff workers to exhibit complete discipline besides ensuring quick dispensation of justice. During his visit the chief justice ordered that all the cases should be properly compiled and put on the notice board saying that in judiciary indiscipline and irregularity won’t be tolerated. Justice Aftab on the occasion suspended District and session judge Sardar Amajad Ishaq, Senior civil Judge Rashid Iftikhar Hashmir and Nazir-e-Adalat senior civil judge Amjad Hussian after they were found absent from duty on 28 October. He said, “Strict action would be taken against those found guilty of negligence and dereliction of duties”
