Social Media use is rampant and regular activity today. Many a man does not use, otherwise, 9 out of 10 have a source to access social media presence. Social media use is dramatically rising which can be potentially detrimental to the coming time. Unquestionably, social media have numerous position aspects. Even though they are promising sources for knowledge and entertainment purposes, they have negative aspects. They are potent recipes for social anxiety and depression. People, who use them vastly, are easily trapped in depression and social anxiety. Whenever they post anything, they check the feedback/comments of people again and again. If they find comments likeable, they become happy. However, negative comments lead them toward depression and deep concern. In this way, they rely everything on other people. Relying on others is highly harmful to their health. Even they can not sleep properly at cost of people’s negativity. Moreover, social media is time-consuming. We invest a huge part of life in it. Hence, I request all users make wise and nice use. Otherwise, you will become prey to its addiction. In the end, you take million years to recover from it
