Islamabad: (Parliament Times) National Highway Authority’s 35 vehicles were auctioned at cost of more than Rs. 30.40 Million in its Regional Office Quetta, today. Resultantly, a total of 182 vehicles have been auctioned to the tune of more than Rs. 209 Million. Following the austerity measures of the present government, and the special instructions of State Minister for Communications Mr. Murad Saeed, NHA indentified 219 vehicles to be put to auction positioned at its head office, Islamabad and regional offices Peshawar, Abottabad, Lahore, Multan, Sukkur, Karachi, Quetta and Gilgit. Next auction will be conducted at NHA’s Regional Office Gilgit on November 05, 2018, where 20 vehicles will be presented for auction.
