Lahore, (PR):There is great news for the citizens of Punjab Food Minister Bilal Yasin has convinced the Naan Roti Association to sell Naan and Roti as per the government notification across Punjab. This landmark was archived after successful negotiations with the association representatives. According to the details, Aftab Gul, the President of the United Naan Roti Association, along with the delegation, met the Minister of Food, Bilal Yasin. On this occasion, Secretary Food Muazzam Iqbal Sipra, Director Food Punjab Shoaib Khan Jadoon, and officials of the United Naan Roti Association were also present. After successful negotiations with the Food Minister, the Naan-Roti Association assured to sell Roti at Rs.15 across Punjab. Food Minister Bilal Yasin said that the mission to facilitate the common man through the reduction in flour prices was successful and the price of flour has been significantly reduced during the last month. He said that the Naan Roti Association should ensure the sale of Naan and Roti as per the government notification at tandoors across Punjab. The Minister of Food said that the price of flour has never decreased so significantly in the history of the country. In the last month, the price of a 20 kg flour bag has been reduced by 1000 to 1200 rupees, while the price of a 10 kg flour bag reduced by 500 to 600 rupees. Bilal Yasin said that providing cheap and quality food to the people is the top priority of the government and they’ll ensure it with the help of all stakeholders. President of the United Naan Roti Association Aftab Gill also recorded a video message in the presence of the Food Minister. He said that the government has given a lot of relief in the price of flour, which he appreciates and ensures his cooperation. The President of the Naan Roti Association said that they are with the government in providing relief to the people and will sell Roti for Rs.15 across Punjab. He assured that all tandoors will sell Roti and Naan as per the government notification.
