As In July 2008 Pakistan peoples party (PPP) government introduced the Benazir Income Support Program BISP , it is federal unconditional cash transfer (UCT) poverty reduction program in Pakistan. It disburse 47 billion rupees among 5.2 million beneficiaries across the country. Ostensibly, it is dedicated to fight poverty by employing a multiple social protection instruments designed to bring a sustainable positive change in the lives of persistently excluded and deprived families. But the state or government have adopted irrelevant was to support women. Since number of women can be seen outside the payment centres to get their stipends but only four out of ten women get their cash amount. According to some beneficiaries they face harsh and abusive behaviour of staff after spending hours of hours in standing queues. There are other multiple problems faced by women in accessing funds under bisp. Moreover the way the state or government have adopted is not a philanthropic act by putting women into misery. There are multiple ways to give financial support to deprived woman such as, empowering women through skill development programs can indeed be an effective way to enhance their economic independence and contribute to their overall well-being. By providing skills training, women can gain the tools they need to secure employment or start their own businesses, thereby reducing dependency on social welfare programs like the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). Skill development not only improves individual livelihoods but also has broader societal benefits, including economic growth and poverty reduction. Therefore, focusing on skill-building initiatives for women could be a strategic approach for the Government of Pakistan to promote sustainable development and gender equality. Additionally, being Islamic state there should be Islam best facilities allocate benefits to needy women for their sustainability. Woman should not be humiliated nor mistreated while she stands hours in scorching heat, the government must realise and strive to adopt Islamic methods which are respectful and peaceful for women. Ergo, the finest and most beautiful (the woman) creation of God should not be subjected to such rigorous philanthropic programs which cost respect and dignity of women.
