    From Liaquat Bashir Farooqui:

Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : In the densely populated areas of Shahir Iqtar, Upper Tariqabad, Police Line Naluchhi, Shaukat Line, and Bela Noor Shah, with the blessings of local facilitators, it has been revealed that criminal elements have become abodes, drugs, altered motorcycles, bank defaulter vehicles, and other crimes. These areas were declared safe, illegal activities were carried out openly and violently, and tenancy contrary to the National Action Plan was also thrown into the air, despite repeated written and verbal complaints from the citizens and the local population to the relevant authorities. At the beginning of the first and second decade of Ramadan, more than seven valuable motorcycles, a carry box, and valuable tires of a car parked in the street were stolen by gangs of thieves from inside houses, crowded business centers, and busy streets. From the most important streets, the claimants of Safe City continued to keep their mouths open, the citizens were cheated of millions of rupees, and the people, including the business community, were victims of severe harassment and insecurity. According to the media report, in the densely populated areas of the city, Nalochhi, Upper Tariqabad, Bela Noor Shah, Shaukat Line, Mohri Gujra, and other Nala Gujra, the local facility is blowing up the tenancy law in violation of the National Action Plan. Cars have started the business of renting out houses and rooms to Afghans and others including non-state persons from different areas due to which unknown people have crowded in these areas, renting one and two rooms. People are seen roaming around in other areas of the city throughout the day and peddling on motorcycles. In addition to the abundance of social criminals in other areas including Upper Tariqabad and Nalochhi, one-wheeler motorcycles, stolen and non-customs, and bank defaulters. There are also a lot of vehicles, on the other hand, the free use of drugs is also seen by those who buy and sell them every day. Complaints have also been made to the President, but no appropriate measures could be taken, due to which people have become insecure and now it has been unanimously decided that the Chowkidara system should be activated. Azad Kashmir and Inspector General of Police Azad Kashmir have requested to pay special attention to these areas and mobilize Police Station City and Sadar.
