Attock, (Bureau Report) : On the special instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Deputy Commissioner Attock Rao Atif Raza visited the Sasta Ramzan market took a detailed review and issued instructions that the people should sell food and drink at cheap prices according to the standard and rate list so that the people can buy food and drink at cheap prices in this blessed month of Ramadan. On this occasion he was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Shaghfata Jabeen, Chief Officer Municipal Sardar Aftab Ahmad Khan, AD Marketing Officer Muhammad Zia satti, Field Assistant Agriculture Sajid Siddiqui, Naveed Iqbal, Assistant Director Zafar Iqbal, Secretary Muhammad Salim was also present, Deputy Commissioner Rao Atif Raza while talking to the media said that the government of Punjab has provided 25% discount on 13 food items in the Sasta Ramadan Bazaar so that the poor people can benefit from it. To be able to benefit, the supply of potatoes, onions and tomatoes was definitely done so that there is more supply and the public does not face any kind of problem, in Attock compared to other cities. Fruits and vegetables and other items are being supplied at a very low rate, he said that the supply is being provided to the people on a daily basis through which the people will get cheap and quality food and drink as per the rates of the Punjab government. People can get relief in cheap market.
