Rawalakot, (Parliament Times) : Sardar Kashif Khan, a resident of Rawalakot Kethan based in Saudi Arabia, has called the arrests of his widowed mother and younger brother a fake case and demanded their immediate release, because of the injustice of the relatives, who are overseas Kashmiris and Pakistanis.
Rawalakot police are supporting powerful evil elements by becoming a party against us, so Prime Minister, IG Police should end the fake case by releasing my mother and brother, he said.
He belongs to Dahmani Kethan and said in a statement to the media that his cousins ??Sardar Imran, and Sardar Haris Amjad, etc want to occupy our land, all the decisions of the courts are in our favor, even on the direction of the court, the police are on our land.
Actions are not being taken against the accused on the requests, the accused are influential, and they are using the police against us in collusion, we should be given justice on merit. My mother and younger brother have been arrested by the police by making a fake case, the relatives are trying to forcibly occupy the land, that’s why they made false cases, and the police are not following our requests and court decisions. I request the Prime Minister and the IG of Police to release my mother immediately and proceed with the case on justice and merit, he said.
