MC Banned in IIOJK;
MIRPUR ( AJK), (Parliament Times) : Indian government on Wednesday banned IIOJK-based two factions of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference led by Haji Ghulam Nabi Sumji and Prof Abdul Gani Bhat over, what New Delhi maintained, anti-national activities, says a report reaching here Wednesday from across the line of control ( LoC).
Indian Home Minister Amit Shah in a post on X, as per the report, alleged “striking terror networks with undiminished vehemence the government has declared the Muslim Conference (Sumji faction) and Muslim Conference (Bhat faction) as Unlawful Associations.
“The Indian union ministet blamed that these outfits have been engaging in activities against the sovereignty and integrity of the nation,” the report said.
The Indian home minister declared that PM Modi government was determined to uproot anyone involved in unlawful activities in internationally acknowledged disputed Indian occupied Jammu Kashmir state, will face dire consequences, the report added.
