    Embassy of the Republic of Korea celebrates NF&AF Day in Islamabad.

    Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Islamabad commemorated the National Foundation Day and the Armed Forces Day of Korea, in addition to marking the 40th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Pakistan.

    The prestigious event took place at the residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, with notable dignitaries in attendance, including the Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Muhammad Sami Saeed, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The ceremony also saw the presence of Murtaza Solangi, the Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting, and Kamran Tessori, the Governor of Sindh, Mr. Ahmed Hanif Orakzai.

    In his address to the distinguished audience, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Park Kijin conveyed his enthusiasm for Pakistan’s unwavering dedication to national progress. He highlighted that Korea, with its extensive experience and technological advancements, is committed to extending its support and collaboration with Pakistan’s endeavors.

    The Ambassador emphasized the mutual benefits that can be achieved through a strong partnership, ensuring that the combined strengths of both nations yield even greater results. He also reiterated the Korean Embassy’s dedication to this shared vision and expressed his gratitude for the support and goodwill extended as they embark on this new 40-year chapter of collaboration between Korea and Pakistan.

    Korean Ambassador further emphasized the deepening and diversification of the bond between both countries since 1983, spanning various fields, including politics, economy, culture, and collaborative development.

    He emphasized the need to not only cherish past accomplishments but also to envision a future filled with new promises, transcending the current status of ‘friendship and see cooperation’ and creating a resilient bond that endures the test of time and challenges.
