Quetta, (Parliament Times) : Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Quddos Bizenjo has said in a statement on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the martyred lawyers of incident of Civil Hospital that the grief of the martyrs of Civil Hospital incident is still fresh in our hearts, the cowardly terrorists have killed the educated of our society. They attacked our hearts by targeting the intelligent class with brutality. He expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs and said that the people of the province and the government are equal participants in the grief of the families of the martyrs.

The chief minister said that the memories of the martyred lawyers who escaped from us in the tragedy will never be forgotten. He said that the lawyers of Balochistan are among the best lawyers of the country. They have better awareness and understanding of the law and legal affairs, in order to fill the gaps created in this important sector in the event of a tragedy, the implementation of the program of providing higher education abroad to young lawyers on scholarship is ongoing. He said that the government of Balochistan has given special grant-in-aid to Pakistan Bar Council, Balochistan Bar Council and all district bar associations and budget has been permanently allocated for them in the financial year 2023-24 so that lawyers get the best facilities. The Chief Minister said that all possible measures are being taken for the establishment of lasting peace in the province, because peace is indispensable for the establishment of a welfare society from which all sections of the society can play a positive and constructive role in their respective fields without fear or danger.
