Depression (Major depressive order), a hushed parasite that devastates the living hope of an individual. Depression renders a very negative effect on one’s mind. Fortunately, this grim disease is treatable. It has various episodes of emotional and physical problems. 1 in 15 adults and one third of women are victims of major depressive order globally. There are many reasons as to what makes a person to face this dark phase of life. Case in point, a sudden death of any loved one or mental torcher at a certain job etcetera. Pakistan being a third world country, thanks to thepolitical history, lacks in various facets like health, education, employment etc. The poor in Pakistan are deprived from such facilities, hence being a prey of depression resulting in suicide cases every year. Students, due to pressure infused by their families and societies, tend to fall in to the disastrous pit of depression. Every year a huge number of students commit suicide because of the depression they endure as a consequence of insignificant merit system of Pakistan. Unemployment is another crucial and prime example of depression. In 2022 the employment rate in Pakistan was approximately 6.42 percent. People face numerous hardships due to this curse. Unfortunately, this matter is largely ignored and left behind. However, people of the sort must be brought out so that, they can be cured and treated. Around 80-90 percent respond well to the treatment globally. If we pledge to point up the solutions in order to overcome this deadly parasite, then we can save the youth and many more precious lives from being wasted. It is the least one could offer for the betterment, prosperity and success of the country.
