Islamabad ( Parliament Times): Project Directors of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Balochistan are performing excellent and have an equal share in success of TBTTP. Before the launch of the Ten Billion Tree Tsunami Program (TBTTP), it was decided that project directors would be appointed at the federal level and in the four provinces, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan so that ensure regular monitoring of TBTTP and forest departments should be facilitated. According to the decision, the project directors were appointed. Teams were also given to all the project directors to distribute the load of office work and field work. All the project directors started performing their duties. A close review of the work done on TBTTP from 2019 to 2023 clearly revealed that Syed Rashid Hussain Shah of PD AJK , Ch Hayat Hassan PD Punjab and Niaz Kakar PD Wildlife , Syed Ali Imran Shah PD forest Balochistan performed his duties tirelessly, impartially and honestly. Balochistan’s Farooq Khan Kakar monitored the plantation with a better and more transparent process. These are the trusted names of the forest departments, they worked hard keeping the illusion of their name and played their unforgettable role in making TBTTP successful.they showed personal interest in making TBTTP successful, worked day and night regardless of office timings, never compromised on facts, for these reasons they also bore the resentment of some people but did not back down from their goals. Today the excellent performance of these is being appreciated at all levels. It is also their right to be highly appreciated.
