M. A RASHID
Well done ! in all the civilised societies, Parliament will have to make decisions for the welfare of the public but If the parliament cannot restore the trust of the people, then who will take the decisions ? In fact, we may have forgotten that who would write all the melodious songs, listen to them and read them again? Those songs have become an eternal story of freedom, prosperity, brotherhood, good vision and the pain feelings of the nation. 23-crores of people are waiting for when the nightingale will come again in garden and the disappointed and withered hearts will be able to find peace again with its songs with the hope of spring again. Unfortunately, with the passage of time, our list of commitments and priorities has changed. We are ready to go to any extent to achieve our personal interests on priority rather than feeling the reality happening with the poor. And this is contrary to morality, and in the societies where morality dies, any effort and law becomes ineffective and society faces inertia.People’s voice regarding the former PM Imran Khan is resonating that he was only punished for the fact that he was a public representative, not doing corruption, opened the records of everyone, exposing corruption. He was punished for not giving NRO 2, punished for telling America ABSOLUTELY NOT ????, punished because he went to Russia to get cheap oil to give relief to the people. It was his fault that he gave 14 thousand rupees out of honor under Langarkhana, health card, Ehsaas program, he gave money to the poor. Was It his fault that he was a public representative ? He was stubborn that night. If he wanted, he would have gone to London, America, but no, he stayed here and woke us up, engaged to give awareness about what slavery is, what freedom is called ? Unknowingly, what tactics were used to catch him that night. But that dervish man went out with his diary and sat in the car, driving the car himself, making a sign of victory and slapping all these institutions, and went to his home. The next day, there was a strange scene. The people who used to distribute sweets, beat drums, were roaring, protesting, when they visited the Prime Minister’s house. After that, he started holding meetings. In one meeting, he told that there was a conspiracy against us, but everyone thought it was a joke and ignored him, but time gradually proves that he was telling the truth ? Then he started this long march, on May 25, certain houses were raided, and the sanctity of the four walls were violated . But he did not give up, his march was attacked, fearing bloodshed, he marched off and went home near Islamabad, after that he again announced the Long March. A conspiracy was then hatched to break it up and Arshad Sharif was brutally brutalized 5 days before the March in Nairobi, Kenya was Martyred . In order that they might be afraid, but he was not afraid, he started his march a few days ahead, they again showed brutality and made a murderous attack on his march on November 3, but he was safe with the help of Allah, and then became stronger. The people were pampered. For this demolition, 150 cases were imposed on him, in which rebellion, terrorism, murder, I don’t know which provisions were imposed, but he stood still and faced the case, he appeared in the courts. Then there was a plan to arrest him, but the people said absolutely not. The public has failed him and the public is sitting outside his house, as if it is the refuge of a foot. After that, on April 13, 14, they made a day and night somehow to arrest Imran Khan, a 10-minute operation. Delivered for hours and did not succeed . Majority of masses protected his leader. Then they showed outlaw on March 18, when he went to the court, his estranged wife was alone at home, the doors of the house were broken, the walls were broken, the furniture was broken to make him afraid, to bow down but he is not bowing down. Then on reaching Islamabad he was humiliated, shelled, stoned, but Allah sent angels to help him. Allah spared him and he safely made the 16-hour journey to his dilapidated home, which workers had repaired a little before his arrival. From that day till today 3 workers were martyred, our life Arshad was martyred . Hundreds of workers were arrested, thousands of workers are in hospitals. But he didn’t bend, he didn’t hang, he stood, he is standing and God willing he will stand. And this conscious public is with him. These are statements of billions of people. Who will judge this untoward conditions of the state and the people? Let our parliament must decide , what is going on in this state for which purposes? If parliament remains unable to observe and decide impartially then who should become forward to implement law.Constitution and bylaws always favour the largest interests of the public. In such circumstances, there is a hope on the powerful institutions in which the supreme judiciary is the part and parcel this time and all institutions including the parliament will have to respect and regard its decisions. Otherwise after losing much,we may not come back to our actual position.Leave the chapter of Khan on one side for a while but it is the duty of the parliament to expose its agenda for public interests in preview of the last one year passed?
