Quetta, (Parliament Times) :  Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Qudous Bizenjo firmly committed to the prompt and effective resolution of departmental complaints faced by the public and had directed clear instruction that government departments and institutions should not show any delay or tolerance in resolving public complaints otherwise strict action against the relevant departments and officers will be taken, especially at the division and district level, a regular mechanism of the public hearing will be made so that they will not have to travel a long distance to Quetta and their problems would be solved at their doorstep. The chief minister said “the responsibilities that Allah Almighty has assigned to us as debaters, politicians and public representatives” we owe them to Allah and the people, while as the servants of the people, the officers also have a heavy responsibility of public service. It happens and we cannot be bounded by our responsibilities in any way. The Chief Minister has established Chief Minister E-Grievance Cell in the Chief Minister Secretariat to implement his vision of solving public problems. The problems are being resolved promptly and its progress report is submitted to the Chief Minister daily Grievances received by Cell through mail, fax and post are being worked on in the Grievances Section of the E-Complaint Cell. Ten Health Department four Colleges’ Higher and Technical Education Department three Primary and Secondary Education Department two Department of Home Affairs and Tribal Affairs Balochistan and one Department of Local Government is working on public complaints while the Colleges’ Higher and Technical Education Department addressed six public complaints of Balochistan and also have been resolved. Similarly, one complaint related to Local Government Department has been resolved. A total of thirty-two complaints were received till last week, and work was in progress on twenty-one which had been forwarded to the concerned departments and seven complaints had been resolved. Fully functional All those who used to come for redressal of grievances in the open court would now with full confidence register their grievances directly in the Chief Minister e-Grievance Cell. All such grievances will be processed promptly.
