The biggest dilemma of students is fear, fear is inculcated in them to such an extent that students remain unable even to give an outlet to their inner passion and emotion, instead of creating an autonomous and friendly classroom room environment teachers dwell on vying each other to lay down tough and callous rules for students to follow resultantly effects students psychologically, always students are compelled to breathe in threaten the environment in different ways, like (not allowing to drink water or to attend the call of nature, sometimes by asking questions, sometimes by low attendance, low marks), etc. In university, I noticed one thing more, that If you came late to class, the teacher will ask you to leave the class, no matter where you came from to attend the class. What about them when they came late to the class, it’s ok for them but when the student came late then why he is supposed to leave the class. The traditional way of teaching should not be applied. New methods and techniques should be introduced. Students should be taught in a natural and friendly environment, they ought to be taught in an environment where they feel themselves relaxed mentally, socially, and educationally.
