FAISALABAD:  Dr. Khurram Tariq President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) has welcomed the newly posted police officers in Faisalabad and assured them full support from the business community for the restoration of law and order in this region. However, he apprehended that repeated transfers of high police officers may discourage them and deteriorate their overall performance. “Hence the government must fix their minimum stay in the posting and transfer notifications”, he said and added that it would provide them an opportunity to conceive, implement and complete the projects initiated by them during their posting. He welcomed Sarfarz Falki who has been appointed new RPO replacing Dr. Moeen Masood. “Similarly, Khalid Mahmood Hamdani has also taken over the charge of CPO in place of Omer Saeed”, he said and added that Mr. Asif Siddique has also been posted as new CTO Faisalabad. He hoped that this new trio would pool their energies to improve law & order situation in this industrial and commercial hub of Pakistan. He expressed good wishes for the transferring officers and hoped that their successors would concentrate on their projects and complete them in the best interest of the people and this city.
