A country’s peace and justice system depends on the law that is made for its people. Law makes prosperity and gives essential support to the people who are victimized and face cruelty in the country. People reach out to the concerned authorities to get Justice and make their life comfortable. A country that has a weak legislative system makes its public life uncomfortable and upset.A good law also supports justice needed people and brings culprits to the ground of justice to make them an example for others whereas a weak law makes the system fragile and gives benefits to barbarous people in society. Every country has its law and legislation system Pakistan is a country which is known as an Islamic country but the law implemented in it has been made by the British countryside. In the required time, reforms are urgently needed to bring. People are not satisfied with the court system and less than limited people are granted Justice in real meaning. A large number of cases are in pending for a long time and people wait for their Justice to be granted by the courts.No doubt, Pakistan is known as an Islamic county on the world’s map but its legislation system requires an Islamic law. A minor decision hangs in balance and takes a long time to be decided which makes fear and injustice in society. Reforms that are required to bring, have to increase the number of judges to facilitate the public to get their case decided in a short time. Secondly, the Government should declare the advocate fee according to the case filed in court because some people do not pay the fee and injustice is done to them. Government should increase the Court building besides increasing the number of judges thus it will take less time to decide any case in the short term.
