Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmad Ghazali has said that Kashmiri people remained deprive of Justice while the world celebrated the International Day of Justice.
In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said that people in Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir are facing Indian atrocities but they are determined for their just freedom movement.
He said that millions of citizens in Kashmir are victims of organized Indian terrorism and brutality, “International Day of Justice has no meaning for the Kashmiri people who demand freedom, self-determination and justice because they are subjected to daily brutality and bloodshed.”
Ghazali maintained that people of Jammu and Kashmir are facing great discrimination and complete injustice by the BJP government under the leadership of Narendra Modi.
“The Indian government under the guise of so-called democracy has usurped every democratic, social, political, religious and human rights of people”, he said.
“Along with Indian brutal leaders and armed forces, Indian biased judiciary has also failed in provision of justice to Kashmiri people, extrajudicial decisions against Kashmiri prisoners and citizens at the behest of the government are testaments”, he added.
Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat demanded the international community to play their role for peace in South Asia.
Vice Chairman Usman Ali Hashim on the occasion also appealed the International Court of Justice to put Indian military personnel and officers under trail against human rights violations and killings of innocent civilians in an internationally recognized disputed territory.
