Police personnel were looted in Rawat Saddar Division
Rawalpindi, (Parliament Times) : Four police officers stationed at Rawat police station were returning from a meal at a hotel when two armed robbers snatched cash and valuable mobile phones at a gunpoint. Punjab Constabulary Battalion 2: Four policemen stationed in Rawat, Zahid and others were returning from a hotel dressed in civilian clothes after having a meal. They snatched cell phones cost Rs. 38,000 and Rs. 38,000 in cash, service cards, ATMs etc. and fled to Rawalpindi. On the other hand, father and son fell into a well on Khanpur Road within the limits of Taxila police station of Rawalpindi and died. While rescuing 14-year-old Abdullah, his father Ijaz also lost his life. Abdullah’s brother was rescued by the rescue team.
